We discuss your project in depth and offer creative solutions to ensure you make the most of your upcoming project. Your ideas are than developed into your first concept design. From here we work with you to get it just right.  We than further develop your preliminary plans to breathe life into the project, creating elevations, renders and construction details. We collaborate with draftsmen and  engineers to develop you r plans into construction ready drawings. From here we will have all the necessary information to provide you with a fixed price quotation

Already got the design taken care of? We can also work with your pre drafted provided plans to provide expert advise on the design and a fixed price quotation  

At this point we will have all the information to provide you with a fixed price proposal and from there  we can provide a formal  HIA  building contract and lodge all the necessary paperwork with council in preparation for construction.

We will than provide you with a selection guide outlining what choices are available for you to make and where to find more information. We will be there to help make this as stress free as possible , offering help to guide you through the process and provide expert advice on your selections

The design and planning stage is now complete and construction of your new home begins. Bryan will be on site overseeing all processes and liaising with our specialist trades.  Witness your dream home come to life as the foundations are laid, external frames and clad are installed and finishing touches applied . You will be involved in every step of the way through the construction phase, meeting regularly on site with Bryan. Bryan will also be available at your convenience to answer any questions that may arise

Congratulations, construction of your new project is now complete and you will be invited to do a final inspection walk through with Bryan. Together we will inspect you project to ensure you are happy with the finished product. You will than be presented with the keys and any relevant manuals to your new home
